Higher pitch = better torque and faster acceleration. The trade-off with flying high pitch props is that you'll use more battery life, slightly decreasing your flight times. The “grippier” nature of flying high pitch can potentially increase jerky movements.
These Gemfan propellers are best suited to chasing a moving subject or attempting difficult manoeuvres. At XM2, we use high pitch propellers when filming action sports, car chases etc.
