What problem does this product solve?

The quick release interface of the battery block to the pan axis of the gimbal is not completely rigid about the pan axis. As a result, the battery block incites, excites and is the exacerbates vibration/shakes. 

Usually this occurs when the gimbal is mounted to a vibration isolator. 

XM2 Battery Strap Bracket shifts the natural frequency of the system, reducing the likelihood of pan axis shake.

Benefits:

With the battery strap in place, technicians can better tune on the pan axis as the batteries are more rigidly attached to the pan axis. Simply tighten the Velcro strap around the block to secure the block.
