Refund policy

Returns

 

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

    1. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, unopened packaging
    2. Proof of purchase is required

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@xm2store.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Change-of-mind returns:


Shipping costs are not covered by XM2 Store.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

 

    1. Sale items
    2. Gift cards

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest approach is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
