Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some items are produced in small batches or made to order - these will clearly list an estimated lead time.
Shipping Origin
All orders ship from Australia.
United States customers
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or tariffs depending on product category and order value. These charges are assessed by US Customs and collected by the carrier. XM2 Store does not collect or control these fees and cannot estimate them in advance. Refused shipments may incur return shipping and carrier charges which will be deducted from any refund.

- Flat rate shipping: 40 USD (worldwide)

- We ship worldwide
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
DHL shipments include full tracking and delivery updates.
Pre-Orders & Small-Batch Products
Some products are manufactured in limited runs or offered as pre-orders.
Estimated dispatch times will be clearly stated on the product page. These timelines are estimates and may vary slightly.
High-Value Shipments
High-value orders may require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
Refused Shipments, Returns & Refund Policy
Refused Shipments & Customs Clearance
If a shipment is refused by the recipient, abandoned, or returned to sender due to:
- Failure to pay duties and taxes
- Failure to provide required customs documentation
- Failure to respond to the carrier (e.g. DHL Express)
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
The following conditions apply:
All return shipping costs, carrier fees, storage charges, and any associated customs charges will be deducted from any refund issued.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is requested, it will only be processed after the product has been returned to us and inspected, and will be issued minus all shipping costs (both outbound and return) and any carrier-imposed fees.
If the customer requests the shipment to be re-sent after it has been returned, full shipping costs must be paid again prior to re-dispatch.
XM2 Store is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, or clearance requirements imposed by the destination country.
